Biography:
Parashchuk Valentin Vladimirovich, leading researcher at the Institute of Physics of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, Ph.D. in physics and mathematics (1981), associate professor. The main area of research interests is the physics and technique of high-power semiconductor lasers with injection, streamer and optical excitation. He has published more than 100 papers in reputed journals.
